Queen At The ICEHOUSE in LoDo

In the Warehouse District of Denver is a giant building that was a Cold Storage Building for Beatrice Foods many years ago.

The building is historically registered and unique in design and layout.

This condo floorplan is the most unique. The 14' round smoke stack comes right through the room! Our back was against it's bricks when these pictures were taken.

Three pieces of furniture in maple with a glazed accent finish. The center armoire hides the Queen wall bed system..., and a desk, and a display case!

All systems are lighted with bevel glass framed doors. This ensemble sparkles! Pocket doors, full extension dovetail drawers and circular swing hinges are standard manufactuer for FlyingBeds.

Room is 11 feet in height, so there was plenty of room to 'grow' into...
Oak flooring was accent covered with oriental carpet.
